Which personal details are collected by Apenheul?

Online entrance tickets
When buying entry tickets and/or other Apenheul products online, we ask you for your name and email address. We need this information to send you the e-ticket(s) you purchased. When visiting the Apenheul, we scan your ticket and register the date of your visit. This data is collected for statistical purposes. Ticket sales are provided by Ticketcounter B.V. Season tickets
When ordering a season ticket for Apenheul, we ask you for your name, address, email address, date of birth and passport photo. This information is used to send you an order confirmation and to create your season ticket. Your passport photo and date of birth are used to identify you. When visiting the Apenheul, we scan your pass at the ticket control to register your visit. This data is collected for statistical purposes. If you subscribe for the newsletter for season ticket holders when ordering or on your online account, we will regularly send you information and special offers for season ticket holders by email. What does Apenheul do with cookies and clicking behaviour?
